I do this after every single workout, and it's honestly great motivation to get into the gym haha. As soon as I get home, I strip and hold my jock on my face like a mask and edge for a while before getting off a few times. Once I'm satisfied, I hop in the shower, but not before putting my jock back in a drawer so I can repeat the process the next day.

My routine when I get to the gym is to shower, then dressing in my workout gear which naturally includes a jock. After the workout, my hairy pits are dripping sweat. At my locker, I strip off my sweaty strap and if no one is around (which there usually isn't), I'll give it a good sniff. Then I wipe my sweaty pits with the pouch and give it another deep sniff. Then I'm off to the showers. Afterwards, I dress for the day including a fresh jock.

.....oh yeah!...but, never if anyone else was around...but, once I got home and went to my bedroom, I would hurriedly pull my still-damp jockstrap out from the still-damp towel it was rolled-up in and get some good, deep whiffs of it...and that always produced a nice hard boner I`d have to take care of!...nowadays, I put on one or even 2 of my vintage jockstraps and a nice roomy cup (then a boxer-brief...very snug) before going out to do any yard work...especially to mow the lawn or go bicycle-riding...and they would always smell *so awesome* afterwards...that sure gets me hard!

Allright as I have said before my gate swings both ways. I do enjoy the passionate time with women and also the rougher more aggressive times with men. It is just different with either sex. Got involved with a motorcycle police officer for a while. I worked out with my buddy from work several times a week and usually on Friday we would shower at the gym and go out for dinner. Just two guys having a fish fry and drinking a couple of beers. We would watch the guys in their 20's try to pick up chicks and then we would part and go our separate ways.

My workout buddy/work colleague and I never really saw each other naked in the locker room but he did comment one time that I needed to get a jockstrap that fit me. I have a theory about that. I think that some guys (not all) would say that they don’t like the smell of their own jockstrap. But the same ones get a hold of someone else’s jockstrap and the scent completely turns them on.
