With regular jocks I've always just pulled the pouch to the side to pee. I always have to pee right before lacrosse games which is tricky because it's hard to pee with your cup still on. I usually pull the waistband of my cup supporter down in those instances, but I've lately just been pulling it to the side like I do with a regular jockstrap. I can imagine most people pull their waistband down when wearing regular underwear, but what do jockstrappers generally do? It's probably easier for most guys to pull their dicks out from the side of the pouch when dealing with a wide waistband.

In a jockstrap I pull it from the side, I like the 2 or 3” waistbands and find easier to pull from the side.
