Straight Guys into Jocks?

Wondering if I’m not alone as a straight guy (especially college age) into jockstraps. I pretty much always wear them to the gym with a few exceptions. I don’t like the sparkly colorful ones but love the classic white bike/gym and Nike ones.

I'm 35, straight (married and trying for a kiddo!) and I'm also really into jocks, at least for anything athletic. It's a feeling thing for me personally. Even I feel like sometimes I missed the "golden years" of jocks, and am on the young side for those interested in them, so it's awesome to see someone where you're at in life even!

I think it’s so comical how jockstraps now are associated as”being gay” or “that makes you gay for wearing one” mindset. It’s male underwear designed specifically for men. Since when does that mean it has a label? My gym owner(who’s straight, married with 5 kids, and VERY RELIGIOUS!!!) at my gym last week actually noticed my jock waist band and no it wasn’t a classic athletic jock. Which is odd cuz no one ever notices anything…. Though it was a low key jock, No sparkles or glitter or any of that stuff. No judgement for the guys that like that style of jock, it’s just not for me lol. He thought it was slightly odd at first given that he thinks I’m “straight” whatever the heck that means lol. but then was like well yeah that’s what’s it’s for! Duh lol. It’s one of those things that doesn’t need a label attached to it and shouldn’t give the guy wearing it a label either haha. Wear a jock if it’s what you’re into!! :D

I consider myself straight. Haven't been with a guy ever and dated only women. But have always been drawn to jockstraps. I don't wear them daily but always have a few in the dresser. They make me feel sexy in in some way I suppose. Agreed its an odd association for underwear designed for men to be associated with sexuality. Not into sparkly showy jocks/underwear at all but something about well fitting jocks just seems to enhance physique!

Cannot say that I am 100% Straight. To me jockstraps are a very masculine thing, A 3" waistband for some reason holds my bits and parts in place better than a thinner waistband. A swimmer's jockstrap works well under swimming trunks since I cut out the lining or find ones without. Not one to wear a colorful of sparkly jockstrap. But will admit I have some red and blue 3" straps. Just what I call a Man's jockstrap kind of man

I've spoke to dudes at my gym about jocks, they came up to me, but we already spoke once or twice before, and asked me why the jock. I told them that the compression shorts, the waistband is skinny, so they don't stay put and ride up your ass when your working out, leg press, squats, etc. The shorts also absorb the sweat, and since there shorts, they hold in body heat. So now I got a hot, wet pair of shorts riding up my ass. The jock, it has a wide waistband so it don't move at all, has no fabrick in the back so you DONT get a wedgie and the hard, stiff material is polyester (I think), it wont hold in sweat, it stays drier. Now, that material, when you first put it on, its stiff, hard, scratchy and just uncomfortable. I hand them one of mine ( a new one in the box) and tell them for 3 days you have to wear it every day, and on the 3rd day wear it in the shower and wash it while u have it on. Then hang it on the shower doorknob and let it air dry. When you put it back on it will be "broken in" and it will feel like you don't even have it on. You will stay supported, cool and dry and no wedgie. You can move around better since you dont have these long shorts stopping your movement. When u work out the boys will stay put, cool and dry. And when the girlfriend calls you gay, just tell her shes just jealous she don't have a cock, just expect to sleep on the couch because she WILL start a fight with you in exactly 2 hours because she needs to think about something to fight with you about and she will bring up something from 3 years ago......be ready, lol. The friends will bust your balls about it, just grab your balls and tell em you don't need one, you got nothing to support.. Then they'll ask YOU about it. Spread the word, but make sure you let them know about the break in period. They suck when you first put them on.

Just sayin, if dudes wore a jock instead of wearing boxer shorts they would be more comfortable, but jocks are gay so they suffer in hot, soaked in sweat, ride up your ass compression shorts. And the new jock is NOT comfortable right away, wideband digging into your stomach and the sandpaper pouch scratching your cock, who the fuck is gonna go for that?

I wear them. Never knew anyone else who did. But I do. I love ‘em. But always keep an eye peeled for care as I didn’t grow up with people who wore them so I never learned. Just started wearing them as my testicles always end up between my thighs. So I like things like pouches and jocks that fit snug and keep them out of the areas where they should never be.

Your not only one I am straight ! My first jock was given to me from a HS wrestling teammate I had bad day in cmp short. I wear jocks wrestling . I like bike 10 , blue bikes and McDavid . College you may see them some of my teammates wear them. I have had nothing under my singlet and opponents too. But I like a jock under my singlet. I gave one to a collage teammate he likes them too .

Same age! And agree completely…had white classic athletic one for baseball all guys did cuase they were regulated. Felt good to support big cheeks and did get turned on when b teammates would stare or make comments
