Sharing jockstraps as boys

As mentioned in other YJ discussions, the (all male) YMCA I frequented as a youth/adolescent with my Dad, provided workout gear (shorts, t-shirts, socks, and jockstraps) in large bins in the locker room. That’s probably the best (and most extensive) jockstrap “sharing” that I can remember. Most memorable, was my frequent “borrowing” of a jockstrap pulled from the “used” bin. Knowing that these straps had been worn, absorbing aromas, sweat, piss…. and, even semen, from other athletes was enough bate fuel for a charged libido. I would bring the jocks home, huff them and fire my bate loads into the pouch, and even wear them during high school PE classes and team practices, then return them to the YMCA used bin. There must have been at least a couple of those jocks that never made it back to the Y…. But, I could never have found that kind of [seasoned] “trophy” among the athletic supporters displayed at any sporting goods store.
In addition, I remember, in late teens, being oblivious to jockstrap “ownership” between my Dad and myself, since, by that time, we both wore the same adult supporter size. Each of us had developed the habit (learned from my Dad) of soap cleansing our jocks in the shower, then hanging therm on bathroom hooks to dry (never the washer-dryer jockstrap torture). Probably our jock [sharing] culture from the YMCA was the source of our sharing jocks elsewhere. Really, we thought nothing of it then, but seems curiously erotic when remembering now !

Having another man’s ball sweat and semen up against your manhood while being athletic, is a sure fire way to give yourself a raging boner. Plus I’m convinced it gives you a boost of testosterone.
