follower, adherent, disciple, partisan mean one who gives full loyalty and support to another. follower may apply to people who attach themselves either to the person or beliefs of another. an evangelist and his followers. adherent suggests a close and persistent attachment.

What it means to be a leader?


Leaders set direction and help themselves and others to do the right thing to move forward. To do this they create an inspiring vision, then motivate and inspire others to achieve it. They also manage delivery of the vision, either directly or indirectly, and build and coach their teams to make them ever stronger.

Actually thinking "followers" are stalkers or the ones who get sloppy seconds:rolleyes:

Now I'm confused. If you mean something like the "cowboy" sex position the "cowboy" is in my opinion an "active bottom" and the guy with his dick in the "cowboy" is the "passive top".

Well, someone has to come out with a brand named Follower first before we can stock it. As a marketing guy, it won't be me. What would be the tag line? "Don't be a leader, be a follower, it's safer that way" Lol!
