Seriously, lots of guys haven't worn cock rings.

We often get our models to wear cock rings in our shoots - not to make them hard but sometimes to reshape a pouch and other times we'll get them to use one if we're doing something full-frontal and we want them to get a bit of an erection. I say "for most guys" as we're all built differently. Some guys have balls that sit right up against their body so getting a ring to sit behind them is near impossible.
