The idea is I put on my busted and now slightly too small to button up pair of bib overalls over my other clothes for messy or cold outside work and can slip them off when I come in from outdoor work and keep the debris off the floors. When I'm not compelled to hoist my loosely belted shorts up all the time they'll very often slip down into the crotch of the overalls, exposing whatever was under the shorts, whether unshod cock and ass, boxer briefs, or jockstrap.
