by very tediously over the course of a couple months using some fine point garden shears to nip the two vertical runners between each main elastic vertical rib grouping, horizontal ladder rung by rung, and the extracting each segment by hand. You can try and yank a larger section but as they are wrapped in tightly that would extra distress the horizontal threads which are very loose/unbound and wispy. if they are pulled to much and break or are accidentally nipped with the shears, severing the horizontal thread means that the whole ladder comes undone so it's got to be relashed with thread, which looks terrible and takes forever, and I had to do this many times. I did have an old white bike I tried to do this on once and didn't restore the rungs and it ripped so bad. was skankily ratty in a hit way actually but eventually completely unwearable.

the dick against yhe mesh feels nice, the scrotum sack does punch through a bit too much and chafes on the legs and clothes a bit. The trufit size i have and need to finish selling was always a bit too tight waisted to wear long, not sure ball sack skin peeking chafing was a problem or not, may have to try some other mesh options.

I'm naughty enough to just do it for shock value. My masseuse often sees me in either a jockstrap or a male thong. For the medical examination, it's just purely for shock value,ha ha. I know they'll be examining my legs, from the groin area to my ankles,so,actually, minimal underwear is practical. I could be boring and wear some briefs,but there's no fun in that,and I'm a daily jockstrap wearer anyway. It's just underwear!!
