I occasionally worked my pro swimmer jockstrap into rotation, but lately I had to wear it to alleviate blue balls pain from refraining from ejaculation. Tender walking and especially rough in and out of a squat. The epidymis was noticeably enlarged.
Started a day with boxer briefs, immediately switched to Bike performance 2" jock. That provided more restraint than it did lift and support, so I tried rolling the waist over to retension the pouch, which sorta worked. I swapped out later in the day for the Pro swimmer with ita short and snug pouch to keep the testicles lifted.
The Pro worked to alleviate the discomfort, squatting and all. Now I've been wearing it for a few days. The full, slightly achey balls and more frequent semi-erections squeezing against the pouch ribbing are pleasurable more than painful.
