Hey brother, I’m between 33-34 wearing a medium and like it very much. I have worn it all day and never think about it. I have also worn this to work beneath dress pants. Such a great feeling.

Are the Pro 2 inch jocks comfortable for all day wear? I was just looking at them and I'm a 36 waist and can't decide between medium or large....

I agree they are comfortable for all day, I wear them to work all day. I do think they are sized running smaller though. I'm a 36-37" waist and the large fit, but a bit tight, the XL is just right for me.
