I don’t wear one on the weekdays because it’s faster not to have to change into one when I get to the gym after work given my busy schedule. Also don’t wear one outside of working out because the straps on my ass and where they meet underneath me can get a little uncomfortable with daily movement. Also don’t want to give someone an accidental show if there’s some kind of wardrobe malfunction.

If you’re already changing to go to the gym, doesn’t seem like that much of an inconvenience. Depends on the activity but I like the freedom for everything from lifting to cardio
