That photo takes massive balls to do and not get caught. I used to drive Massachusetts to So, Florida a couple of times a year and almost got arrested. I was fully dressed, pants where they belonged, but the officer thought it was taking me "too much time to do your business"... Scared me s...less!

Yeah, my partner took the pic for me. Still someone walked in just after the pic was taken. Fortunately not an officer.

Maybe the officer just wanted you to offer to service him to avoid being arrested?

I didn't even think of that at the time, I probably couldn't think I was so traumatized. But how does one suggest that to an officer without facing the possibility of being arrested for soliciting or prostituting, or whatever it's called when one guy asked to suck off another, stranger, guy???

Probably lewd public behavior. In the Corps it was all under the category of “conduct unbecoming . . . “
