I prefer to put it on at the gym - but only when the locker room is full 😬.
One time I did a test, I had a really old jockstrap and I opened a locker and hung it on the corner of the locker door. I went out and did a few weights and came back about 5-10 minutes later and it was gone 😂. That was my plan it worked.

That’s all good. Nothing wrong with casual nudity in a men’s locker room, where guys can relax, share conversation, and just be men in their own element. This male bonding experience was presented to me without explanation as a normal, healthy socializing experience from a very early point in my life. Others who might have observed this behavior as wrong or immora, must not have had the benefit of learning that it’s ok to be nude for the sake of becoming comfortable with our bodies, and we must not carry shame or embarrassment with our nudity. It’s healthy, and wholesome. Too many guys/people equate nudity with purely sexual gratification. While sexual expression is healthy and desireable, it’s not the only reason to appreciate nudity, nor or human bodies. And, wearing a jockstrap can and should be appreciated as a matter of choice and comfort. Be proud of your decision and ability to wear a jock whenever/wherever you desire !

Full view always. I can’t stand wearing workout clothes home. I always change into gear at gym because I am not always going home after working out.
