I’ve had physicals lately when I didn’t even have to strip down. It’s baffling. You shouldn’t have to ask for a DRE. The norm seems the PSA blood test is enough, but the evidence doesn’t support it anymore…especially if you never had a baseline test. The exam is hard enough, but to ask??? Most men won’t.

I always wear a jock, regardless of my daily activities. If I happen to have a dr's appt and they want me to undress, they are gonna catch a glimpse of my furry cheeks and VPL. They are doctors and deal with issues of the body. My genitals are covered and even if they weren't, I am in a medical environment where the body is to be examined. It's similar to a lockerroom... it is a place to change, clean up, shower, and be on your way... nudity happens when one does that. So, why do we try to hide or avoid it?
And if your dr wants to give you a further exam <wink, wink> well you better do as the doctor says.

I don't think the primary care doctor does a physical , have to go to a urologist to have the the finger in the ass!
