Yes, you certainly can cum again when you're asleep:
Watch a lot of good porn just before you go to sleep, you can masturbate but no orgasm. Especially when you didn't ejaculate for two days or more, watching one hour of good porn before going to sleep will get you cum while being asleep very fast. Or you could have sex without cumming before going to sleep.

Yup it happened to me a lot in my mid twenties (I’m 29 now) and can still occasionally happen. It usually happens when I don’t jack off for a while. I’ve been on different biologic medications which changed how horny I would get but then I would have these crazy dreams and sometimes not even realize until the morning that I had came in my shorts.

Maybe also could increase the chance of the nocturnal emission if you sleep naked and you are circumcised but the frenulum area is still stayed sensitive. As during the nigh erecton your blanket could rub the glans and your body just get the sign that seyxual action is in progress. (Just a theory. I just tried to imagine why it could happen paralel with a quite frequent sexual life. The last time it happened to me was in my early twenties. Of course, not at home, but as a guest. )
