Here's my thing. Have I slept in a jockstrap, and do I enjoy it? Yes. But for me, when it comes to wearing jockstraps, less is more. The more I wear I jockstrap, the more my body gets used to being in a jockstrap, and then i lose that feeling of myself in a jockstrap. So while wearing one to bed is sometimes great, because I like to feel sexy in bed which can help me sleep, and then waking up to being in a jockstrap too can be a nice feeling (even better if you wake up to someone caressing your pouch). But I wouldn't want to make a regular habit out of it.

I prefer to sleep in loose boxer briefs or boxers or in gym shorts. I have been known to sleep in my clothes including a jock if I never took it off. It does feel horny when I wake up, but the tight band is uncomfortable, and constriction during sleep isn't good for your circulation either across your body or for nocturnal tumescence.
