I am no seamster but I have done repair sewing now and again over the years.
A few weeks ago, I bought some inexpensive running shorts at Target. They had a liner, but has anyone ever had a pair of running shorts where the liners was useful (actually, now that I write that, I did have a pair once, noteworthy Bec it was the only time?
Anyway, I took that pair and hefted up the front panels of the liner and shred about an inch int to the waistband for a few inches on either side of the centre of the front. That improved their support, tho I 'm now considering hiking up the seat cover and attaching it to the back of the waistband.
THEN, I remembered that I'd had a couple of shorts with jockstraps sewn in back in the 90's. I have a Bub/Flarico jock that might perfect for that, so today I returned to Target and bought another pair. I think it'd be cool to have a sewn in jock, right?
You can google these things, but I like the idea of it being my OWN work, even if it's amateurish. Any thoughts?
