"Pearly penile papules (PPP) are very small, white or flesh-coloured lumps that grow around the head of the penis in lines, sometimes beneath the foreskin. They are not infectious and are not a symptom of poor hygiene. They also shouldn't be painful or itchy. PPP is a common condition and is not a cause for concern."

I might have had them but for me they were not big enough to catch on the mesh of my jockstraps.

Well as the saying goes, if it’s worth having, it’s worth being well developed. Er, or something like that!

Sounds painful buddy.
If they get stuck while I am moving, then a sudden burning sensation. A person involuntarily reaches there and correcting by hand his "armory's" position, independently from wherever he is at those moment. :) They said they would wear down after it, as they will be always exposed. Well, they got stronger, the curtain came down and they turned into a gym instead of wearing down. What I can do that I avoid mesh-like materials, shorts with inner mesh inserts.

When I read up on this condition it says that as many as 48% of men may get these at some point. And I thought I’d done my lifetime of field work and would have seen this before! At least if you aren’t wearing mesh fabric it seems you don’t have frequent discomfort.

No, I have not, just with the mash fabrics and sometimes in jeans sewing. (Freeballing)

I had them about 10 years ago and did not know what they were until my doctor told me they were PPP. they only gave me cosmetic anxiety and I found a medication online bought it and used it and they were cleared up never to return.

I thought laser burning was the only treatment. Even today I learned something.
