They were definitely considering conventional and necessary for sport when I was growing up and then into my sporting days as an adult in fact a jock when I played sport as a young adult was considered essential especially playing tennis or squash

I have such a fetish for those physical exams. Sometimes I look for places in different cities I'm at just so I can go in with my gear on and get undressed. I have a women doctor now who like a lot when I whent looking for a new doctor when moved to where I am now I fond her on line did not know that i it was a female doctor been with her practice for 12 + years. I recently had a fairly minor melanoma removed on my lower leg. The doc had to cut a piece of skin from my upper leg quite near my package. My doc is gorgeous so I wore a super sexy pair of underpants with a bulge pouch and a fly with a button in the pouch. I opened the button but thought it would hold me in, which it did fairly well. But, I had no idea the doc would put me on the operating table all dressed except for my jeans and shoes. My bulge pouch was making me look great but all 3 of the nurses were female. The doc looked at my pouch several times which was easy to notice from a reflection above where the light was. Total body skin exams and prostate checks and testicular exams are now out of style. Many docs no longer do this. They refer you to derm and urology if needed.
i still do complete physicals in my practice and I think guys appreciate the convenience.

Hell my g.p. stated that they only need to do a certain blood test for the prostate! Very disappointing! Even when I mentioned my father had prostate cancer he seemed to brush it off...
Should I talk to my urologist?? Last time I got an actual prostate exam was 4 years ago!?

I agree. I had another doctor who did the same who I saw for way too many years. It seems too many just give a list of labs and send you on your way. My previous doctor was good, but he retired. I started seeing this one last night July. Everyone should also get a full skin check without having to pay a dermatologist copay!

I went to a urologist because I hadn't had a DRE in a while and he asked "Why are you here? There's nothing wrong with you?" I thought that I was being proactive.
