Has anyone compared the GYM Old School 2.0 Jockstrap with the GYM Performance/Workout Jockstrap (with the grey waistband)?

I’d like to know if there is any noticeable difference in the support or feel between the “Performance/Workout Jockstrap” and “Old School 2.0”. Going by the description, the leg straps on the Performance Jockstrap are 1/4 of an inch wider than those on the Old School 2.0, so you would assume that the Performance Jock could feel a bit tighter around the pouch as the leg straps might pull tighter. The Waistbands also look like they could be different materials, possibly making one stretcher/more relaxed than the other.

For sure among the old school, the black band is stretchier than the other colors, I either messaged through amazon or email to confirm that. Black was the standout and the others should be uniformly tighter and thicker. I have a 2x in both Performance and Old School in another color as well. The Performance is tighter than the Old School. I was wondering what year I bought it if it wasn't actually the earlier line instead if the 2.0 I thought it was (a little annoyed amazon kept the same product entry for the old and 2.0, I get why, but it muddles product changes when it's not on the product's label anywhere. Your account here of the performance being tighter does jive with my recollection however.
