A jockstrap waistband showing does not bother me. Lived a lot of my life at the gym and it was not uncommon to see a waistband since most guys wore a 3" strap. During my years of sports and the gym it was very unusual to see a guy wearing a swimmer's strap unless he was in the pool. when even swimming most guys who were strapped had on a 3" strap and the waistband rose. Being middle aged and a man of the 80's I do not care if someone sees me strapped at the gym or in the locker room. When doing hanging leg lifts my T rides up and my shorts ride down a bit. If there is a mirror in in view and I see the front of my tag showing BIKE it just energizes me to work harder. When on the bench I often realize the top edge of my strap is showing. So what if someone see "THE DUKE". I am a man who does not like a soggy sweaty ass in cotton underwear or compression shorts. Have I gotten some sideways looks in the locker room for jumping on the scale while strapped...Ya, but dude this is a locker room. It is a BIKE, DUKE or McDavid man's strap. After all, we have balls, and no one is concerned about seeing a chick on her bra. Yep, they have tits that need support so what is wrong with a man supporting his junk.

That's my experience too. We all wore wide waist band jocks. Surely the alpha males did. I'm always proud if my jock shows.
Many guys used to walk around the locker room in their jocks. We all knew we looked studly. If you get "sideways" looks today, it's just because this new generation is more feminized and they haven't seen it. I suspect they respect you, and maybe even admire you for being seen in a jock. They probably go home and beat off thinking of doing it themselves.

If you wonder what other guys think of jocks, then leave yours on the bench and go out of site. It won't be long until some guy comes along and steals it! Trust me!

I like my straps and do not want them taken. However, maybe I will wear one I am ready to get rid of and see if it disappears.

Never been embarrassed to have my jock visible through my pants, or the waistband showing above my pants or shorts. I remember some guys in 7th grade gym always trying to push their waistband down when it inevitably rode up, but that was never me. Even as the number of guys around me wearing one declined, that's their problem, not mine.

Not embarrassed. I'm an alpha-male. It's not my nature anticipate feeling victimized.

I enjoy teasing. I encourage it. I have not yet been teased for wearing a jock. But, if I was I would have a great come-back.
It would give me a chance to show my confidence to other men.

Also, I'm proud to have a cock and balls, and would be proud of them whatever size God gave me.

We tell other people what to think of us. If you don't feel more emboldened wearing a jock, then wear something that makes you feel proud.

Got unexpected comment today at gas station's self-serve air compressor as I bent over to check air in Escape's tires.
Noted cool air on lower back as hoodie rode up and jeans dropped a bit, revealing most of CB-13's 3" waistband.
When finished, made eye contact with male driver of Miata behind me who watched entire process. Read his lips--"Nice, man. Nice." Gave him a wink & a thank you.

Nice story! It's too bad you didn't have time for a conversation. You probably would have made a friend.

If I see signs of a jock I say, "Another jockstrap man! The last of the real men!" If I see a man naked I might say, "Nice set!" I never act sexy nor flirty. I throw a compliment at him the same as if I admired his car or his rifle. It's always well received!

I met a lot of guys out running and I would tag along with them or they would tag along with me. When the run was over I would often lift my shirt to wipe off sweat. When I did either the Bike logo or the back strap would show. It didn't bother me because it was usually another guy. None of them said anything at all, not once.

I met a guy once at the local park that tagged along with me and we would meet up several times a week for a ten miler. He ran shirtless so it was easy to see he was not a jock guy. I would tease him about it and after about 2-3 weeks I notice he was wearing a jock, so I asked him about it. He said I was right, that a jock was much more cooler and comfortable than his tidy whities. A true convert.

Was on a tractor all day in a jockstrap too. 1st tractor I drove at age 8 was an SC Case 1st Jockstrap came at age 11.

It's too bad so many tractor manufacturers consolidated.... Used to be so many more brands. I don't even know which ones are under which company anymore... It's nice to see case, Oliver, and Alice Chalmers.
