I was told by a piercer that they use bolt cutters to get them out rather than ask if they are removable on their own. Man those things can pinch if you miss!

I just have a regular Prince Albert. 2g. Not sure if I could handle the reverse. I’ve heard that it’s one of the most painful from a buddy of mine. Beautiful though. I love pierced guys.

It depends on the hospital, the staff, and the reason for being there. I had one facility go ape shit because I wouldn't take my metal out for an endoscopy, yet another didn't care. For my heart attack, they only cared about my nipple rings because they might interfere with visualization during the cath procedure.
