That looks like a Nike Pro Combat jock with the side and back pads sewn in... "HyperStrong" is what they called it. Lots of NFL'rs wore them... Tim Tebow being one of them. I don't think they make it anymore. Too bad because it seemed like Jock that would still be popular with teams today.
