Yes, I wear a jockstrap to my physicals. I recently went to my dermatologist (female) and her superior was also there (female also). I took off my gown for the examination and they could see pretty much all of my skin that they needed to see with me in just a 2(X)IST jockstrap.

I recently started seeing a new young urologist and I must say very thorough. He has been very detailed in examining the goods. During the exam I realized he was rubbing my cock and questioned if I had noticed my slit becoming more of a hole. We began a great discussion as he held my leaky cock. So did he give any explanation as to any negative concerns if a "slit" begins to widen to a "hole"? From some of the pix on this site I see both types of openings, so I wonder if this is abnormal. I'm sure your visit this week should be interesting and hopefully informative. BTW-my Urologist has previously examined my shaft for adhesions since I've gone from hanging straight to a slight curve to the left. He could not feels any adhesions but when he grasped and squeezed my shaft very hard, I had to give a small yelp because it was so painful. Told me he will keep an eye on this going forward.

He talked about how the slit begins to tighten, closing to become a smaller hole and can cause spaying. I had never thought about it since it’s been a gradual process. It’s called meatal stenosis and apparently is not uncommon. It can be reversed by dilation, stretching open the hole, or a small incision to reopen the slit. It allows for a more open stream. From what I’ve read, it can occur in all ages. I appreciate the fact he noticed something like that when my former dr would barely examine me.

It's nice that you have a doctor willing to speak so candidly. I know what you mean when you say that your former doctor would barely examine you. I went to a doctor for 7 years who never saw me with my shirt off. I definitely feel that my health suffered somewhat because of it.

WOW...Is there really situations where a family practice conducts an examination of more than one male patient in a exam room at the same time? If so....sign me up. Thought this would only be fantasy not actual reality. Can't imagine having my "privates" HANDLED in front of my friends or family members or theirs in front of me, but now it would be HOT. The closest I came to this was once when I had to go to a Specialist for some additional testing my family doctor wanted done. This doc had his exam room door open and the exam table was in full view of the connecting door to his office. My Dad was sitting in a chair that had a full view of the exam table. The MD asked me to lower my pants so he could press on my lower abdomen, I did as he asked....opened my belt...unbutton.....unzipped....and pushed my pants down just below my groin area. I had tighty whiteys on. The doctor did NO lower my briefs to examine me but he did leave me on the table in my slightly exposed position for a brief time while he went to the other side of the room for something he needed. I was a bit uncomfortable because I saw that my Dad who was sitting in the office in a chair by the exam room, had turned his head to the direction of the doorway and had full view of me on the table with my pants open and down with my briefs on display. Don't ever recall being undressed or even naked in front of him ( except as a baby perhaps). I was a bit turned on to think he wanted to see me in that exposed situation. Don't know how it would have been if the doc had pulled down my briefs for a more exposed exam....knowing dad was looking. BLUSHING, I'LL BET.

Agree, those are the only "GROUP PHYSICALS" that I'm aware of...... but not aware of such group exams in "FAMILY PRACTICE". You have heard of such exams of two guys in one room at same time??

I have done two husbands at the same time. They said they were not shy and would be helpful to monitor each others health between visits, skin checks etc.
I’ve also had wives attend their husbands physical because there a certain generation that likes to minimize signs and symptoms so the wife tells on the husband. I have had also men attend and “tell on” their wives who also may minimize symptoms.
I have had dads inquire a out a suspected anomaly about their son’s development and son comment on how his dad’s health has been declining.

I have a few buddies that I would gladly share exam time with.
