Jockstrap size

Hi there ,hope someone will help me ,how to choose a right jockstrap size .I have issue if I buy size m they are little bit tight over my waist but on other size size L fits good but it's too lose on my butt ,any good advice here ?

Most online sites sell jocks with a size chart based on waist size. At least in the US. I think most of us use it as a guide along with trial and error. You’ll find lots of good advice here!

Is kind of trial and error bud, if in doubt, post a question on here regarding any particular brand, guys will be happy to let you know if you should size up, size down. Should you happen to buy one on the two small or two large size, sell them on or gift to a fellow jocker!!

I find different jocks are very different in sizing. For example you may be a Size L in most jocks, but perhaps in a different jock you need a size larger in order for the pouch to fit. I’m normally a M in jocks, but when I order from certain manufacturers I need a L In order for the pouch to cover your stuff or for the leg straps to fit comfortably.
