Jock or Not?

I bought this Real Men LIFT pouch jock a few weeks ago to wear under my cycling bib shorts. Unfortunately, regular jocks chafe when I bicycle so another means of support is needed. The pouch strap worked great on it first couple of rides. I am pleased that it stayed in place while riding even with the shrinkage that comes with riding. Does this count as a jock or not? What do you think?

I think I notice that in myself pushing 50

When I played sports I double strapped. BIKE #10 and then a cup jock combo over my jockstrap. Even for paintball or baseball in my 30's/40's Rolled into my 50's and not so comfortable of a retainage and protection package. Things did not fit into my cup. Maybe as "Samantha Smith" said from "Sex In the City".... his cup runith over.

How about this style for cycling?

I’ve worn these. Not awful. But if one nut slips through it’s a little awkward.

Under my bib shorts nothing but shorts just like this racer I do ride just me and shorts Also bibs have padding that what there for 80 deg days things get hot The jock looks good go for it if you like it enjoy
