Jock Itch??

Ever catch jock itch, or some other fungal infection, when wearing another man’s unwashed, sweaty and heavily cum-stained jock??

I got a nasty case of jock itch in HS and ever since it is a onetime wear and then wash from that day forward. It does not matter if the strap is soaked from a great workout to where it hits the floor hard or when strapped as just daily wear. Even with that I still get jock itch and use Tinactin to cure it. Used to go for my annual physical in July and a couple of times the Dr. commented about having a slight case of jock itch. While I did not always wear a jockstrap to my physical, he knew I played sports and we previously talked about my use of an athletic supporter. I remember saying yes, we can call it a jockstrap and for sports like football or baseball I wear a cup strap over my standard jock. While he was holding my nuts for the Huronia and testicular exam he noticed my sac got looser (warmth of his hands) and mention holding the scrotum tighter in a regular jock should be beneficial. I love how Doctors feel the need to use technical terms as times.

Same here when I was in HS. It was a little painful as I remember. At the gym I use a soap that has tea tree oil that’s supposed to be anti-fungal. This seems to help. I’m also careful about my feet.

Your comment about your doc using technical terms reminded me of something. When I was getting “the talk” (which for me was more of a running conversation that got more advanced as I got older), I always was always told the technical term first and then the slang. And in many cases multiple slang words for the same thing. How many words can you think of for penis and vagina alone? Intercourse?

I would not say oversized anything. Just saying my nuts are not like the last to peanuts in the can being tossed around in a jock cup.

I know from HS what it’s like to get some nasty fungus between my nuts and thighs. Back then it was from being a typical kid that wore gym kit over and over without concern for how it smelled because of forgetting to throw it into the wash pile for my mom to take care of.

But now as an adult I fucking love when can smell my warm sweaty jock as I sit at my desk at work or after a run and shower, when I pull on my wet sweaty jock and fell the pouch settle in around my junk.

Yep, sometimes I get that telltale itch starting. But that initial itch kinda feels good. Kinda makes me hard scratching and pulling on my nuts. And it also kinda makes me sad knowing that soon I’ll need to throw it into the wash or at least toss it aside and start wearing a clean jock until my junk settles down and stops itching.

Last few days I’ve been realizing that my current go to jock is on the way out. Pouch is blown out and straps are all permanently twisted. It was white but now grey and tan along the edges where nuts meet thighs. I’ve got a box of these old jocks. They are useless as anything to hold my junk in place but still good to pull on when I’m jacking off.
