    Working Out In Only A Jockstrap

    Does anyone with their own home gym ever work out in just a strap? I did all the time. My favorite routines were with kettle bells. They were a more dynamic workout than squats, dead lifts and presses. On my treadmill it was jock and running shoes only. Every time. Anyone else like to do this?
