Just in case you haven't figured it out, you can create Personal Albums for your Profile Page. To do so, head over to the Gallery link from the main menu and click the Add Media link on the right hand side of the page. Scroll all the way down the window that pops up and choose "Create Personal Album" (or once you've made a Personal Album, click the Add Media to Existing Album). Follow the instructions.
When you do this, a new Personal Albums tab will appear on your Profile Page where you can have a collection of photos. The other benefit is that any photo you post to a Personal Album will also appear on the main Gallery page - where more members will see them.
