I like the photo because double jocking is a good idea. Some days if I have a brutal work day on the ranch, I wear two jockstraps to keep my balls extra high. I wear a swimmer jock on top if a wide waistband. The swimmer jock has a shorter pouch. The double amount of elastic gives you more shock absorbency and rebound. This can almost equal wearing a cup.

Another method is to wear a suspensory underneath a regular jock, to keep your balls up front where you want them. But a good one is hard to find now-a-days.

I don't wear cups, but when guys do wear cups, the smart ones wear a regular jock under the cup. If you do not, your loose hanging balls can get pushed outside the cup and on impact your nut will get destroyed. In particular, big low-hangers just don't stay in a cup.
