That suspensory is doing it's job well.
The Go Softwear suspensory in the next photo has too long of a pouch and they have to be worn too high on the waist. However the Go Software one has a tighter hole so your balls cannot come out of the opening. And it has leg straps which keep it in place for action. A perfect suspensory would have the best of both.

In my grandpa's generation, before they had supportive briefs, suspensories were more popular for daily wear and they had some perfect brands.
