Sometimes I change into a jock at the gym, other times I already have one on under my jeans. After working out, I do prefer a clean and fresh jock after showering.

Same here. I hate the liners.

I wear a jock in the locker room, no issues. Plus, I've hit my mid-40s and my DGAF runs pretty high. We don't have a sauna.

How is the sizing on these? I usually purchase large, but the size chart seems a bit big for large.

I always enjoy the photos on Jockstrap Central as JC uses the full body and not just a torso shot.

I would say that I sleep in a jock about half the time, otherwise it's in old style phys ed short shorts.

I have too many jockstraps to have a favorite. But I do tend to gravitate a lot to my Jack Adams Lift, Nano, and Spider jocks as well as several cuts of C-IN2 and aussieBum jocks in my collection.
