Pull down he strap and pull my boys out of the pouch so they are free. I don't go out the side as I don't want to overstretch the side.

JC Pro all the way. Great for everyday wear. More support than a 1" swimmer and not as big as a standard 3". I like the plush waistband on the Patriot Pro is best of all.

My "Go To" cup has been the Nutty Buddy. Plenty of room in either the "Trophy" or "Mongo". No need for a special jock with a pouch to keep it in place. It;s design does that. It always stays right where it needs to be no matter how I move.

To me, Pouch Design and Support go hand in hand. They, as well as the material add up to comfort.

I've been putting an "In Service" date on the inside of my jocks for the last few years. Mainly to see how well they hold up. My "Quarantine" JC Swimmer has both a start and end date on the front. Wore it every day swimming. it now is a permanent sand tan color, and a trophy.
