I have shaved, waxed and use lotions all my life, even when I was i the military. I love the want it looks on me and l love the way it feels. I'm very hairy so it grows back fast so not always smooth. But I will be tonight, lol.

I met many military men during my 20 years of service that were straight and wore jockstraps. I always wore one just in case there was a gay guy among them (and there were plenty, lol)!!

In grammer school, you had to wear one to gym class, the coach would check to see if you did, i fell in love with wearing them and at that age started wearing one a lot. I played sports in HS and so no one really questioned my having it on.
