Has anyone else experienced super stimulation when wearing and the underside of the cock head begins rubbing against the inside of the cup/supporter?

Not a avid swimmer but I did have several narrow bands: my first, a Bauer & Black nylon swimmer. Others: Bike, Duke, Protex. My aunt offered me my cousin’s Bike jock: narrow band, off white, all cotton, little elasticity (a wartime version), but I declined. Wish I had not.
