Thanks guys for al the kind words. Believe me, I wanted the website up as much as you guys. Honestly, there was a point after the second batch of issues were found that I was seriously afraid I wouldn't be able to restore Your Jockstraps. But, here we are!

I've taken (most) of the weekend off except to catch up on a bunch of messages and emails that got ignored as this website and launching the union suits were my main concern.

Tomorrow I start in on getting our Black Friday sale ready as it's starting at midnight EST on Wednesday.

It's been fine for the last couple hours I think but earlier today there were some inconsistent failures to establish https. It would default to http and forget that I was logged in, I almost logged in over that connection before I realized it wasn't just a cookie change. Sometimes navigating elsewhere it would every now and then populate https with my account logged in and dark mode settings applied.

Again, sorry for the downtime.

Just when I thought I had it all sorted from the hack, my server hosting company found a bunch of files that still had the hacker's code in it. Most of the software files that run the site are identical to the ones on USG-online.com but I didn't know about the 5000+ files that are all template files and side-specific, so I couldn't just overwrite them.

I started editing the files, removing the code file by file. I thought I'd be at it for weeks, but after doing on subdirectory (about a thousand files), I realized that the other subdirectories were using the same template files. All I had to do was use the first back of fixed files and upload them into the other subdirectories.

In between all this, I had to put it aside twice to launch the new Meyer 150th Anniversary Jockstraps and then the new Cellblock 13 Tahoe Snap Union Suits.

Went back to work at it this morning, found one small issue with the database which was repaired and that looks like it! We're back up.

If you do happen to find some issues, let me know in a reply to this (or email me). There's a chance some of my settings got changed back to their defaults - but hopefully not.
