I used to work out in my jock or naked in my basement (moved at the end of junior high) with mostly bodyweight exercises.

P.S. That was 60 years ago and about the time I learned to masturbate...cum to think of it, Jr high is when I got my first jock.

In the Y I go to there is a small gym within the change room area and some guys work out in a jock. I’ve done it a couple of times later in the evening when I saw a guy doing it so I joined. I should have spotted for him :)

Some 30+ years ago I had a job that required a fair amount of out of town travel.
With not much to do in the evenings after my daily reports were completed I discovered for a few bucks that I could usually get a daily or weekly pass at a local YMCA.
The old Y in downtown New Orleans was a great place to exercise and relax.
Besides the large weight lifting area that was fully stocked with equipment and was
co-ed there was also a large space in the back of the men’s locker room where older but still usable weight and cardio equipment was set up. After my first sighting of a guy working out in just a jock and foot gear I was hooked on doing the same. I found myself fighting back my urge to get a full blown erection the first couple evenings but as some different men showed up each successive night I saw that I had no reason to to be shy because they would strip down to just footgear and a towel around their waist or over their shoulder and sporting a hard-on was totally accepted there or in the steam room/sauna and showers! Ahhh! The good old days! Great memories! Sadly it was torn down several years ago to make way for the WW2 Museum which occupies the site (and is an incredible place place to spend the day too, but in a completely different manner).

To help deal with my back problems, I was prescribed yoga-influenced back exercises nearly ten years ago, which I now do on the floor of our "extra" bedroom three or four times a week. I wear only a jock when I do my back exercises.
