Wait a minute. Your doctor is saying your TWs are responsible for your ED??? Keep wearing them. And get a second opinion. I wore JCP Staffords growing up. Loved them. Pushing 70 and I still wear TWs when not jockstrapped. Wearing a pair as I write this. Amazon Essentials. Surprising good quality and fit.

I made the switch because I got a bad case of jock itch. It took two months of putting antifungal cream on my upper thighs and my junk to get rid of it. I made a decision to go with something light weight and ended up with old school white cotton boxers. I'm going to wear jocks this week to see how that goes.
