I love jock briefs and jock straps, sometimes even as a regular brief substitute for an entire day. With the open back design, it could lead to staining your pants. Solution: wear a pantiliner. I tried one this week going through my daily routine wearing a jock brief under my jeans. It really works! This is especially good news not only for jock strap and jock brief wearers, but if you wear an extended anal prostate plug as well (like njoy). What ever works for you. Think outside the box. The store brands especially are inexpensive and easy to take spares with you. Never flush them down the toilet. Throw used ones away, better yet, place in a resealable sandwich or snack size bag, then dispose of properly.

reminded of when I had a pilonidal cyst removed and there was both the sutures and the drain tube hole off to the side to deal with, some pads were helpful vs some slight ooze, padding so I didn't bang it on something.
