Although there's a lot of Bike jockstrap copies out there and even claims that they were made in the original Bike factory, in our opinion, the most authentic Bike jockstraps are being made by Meyer. Here's why:

Meyer was the official European distributor for Bike and had direct contact with the factory making Bike jocks. So when Fruit of the Loom bought Bike from Russell and then decided to stop producing Bike jocks in 2016, Meyer simply contacted the factory and had the Bike jocks made for them. They are using the exact same specs, fabrics, dye lots and sizing as Bike did. The only difference is where the Bike logo was is not a MM logo (for Meyer Marketing).

Meyer is producing the Bike #10 Jockstraps in black, white, scarlet, royal-blue and gold. They are also producing the Bike Performance 2" Jocks in white, black, scarlet, royal-blue and gold and the Bike Performance Swimmer Jocks in black, white and red.

The only downfall is they're imported so the price is a bit higher but if you're looking for the next best thing to an actual Bike Jock then Meyer is it.

Here's a link to all the Original Bike Jocks by Meyer over at our website:

Here's a selection of our photos of our models in the Meyer #10 Jockstraps:

I’m going to buy a few today!! I miss those Bikes from the 90s and 2000s!

Although the Meyer jocks are awesome, I'd like to amend the original post to say that they are not the most authentic Bike jockstraps out there anymore - simply because Bike has started back up and are now producing jockstraps once again.

So frustrating that they're still not wholesaling their jockstraps to us. Apparently they're still in "trial" wholesaling mode and only selling to International Jock right now.

The Meyer jocks are on sale for 15% off right now during our Pride Sale that's on until Tuesday.

I will give you credit for correcting your post but not sure if it is really warranted. While they have a remake of the "Original #10" since it has the waistband strips of a #7117 (University Jockstrap) from the 70s or early 80's. The waistband is polyester and the pouch is one of BIKE never offered. It is like taking a 1970 Pontiac Tempest, painting it orange and trying to sell it as a GTO JUDGE. Sorry for the car reference but it was the best I could do at the moment.

To me anything prior to 2016 a jockstrap made by BIKE is the original BIKE. There must have been some buzz about them going out of the jockstrap business since before then I bought up a stockpile of 3" straps at a discounted price. Not in the BIKE packaging but BIKE jockstraps. Then I also bought up stock piles of 90's BIKE jocks where I made some deals for all the inventory.

Back to Myer being more authentic....I see based on the pics the #10 solid blue, red and yellow still have the pouch inside out. Just like the BIKE #10s now available in colors the pouch has the soft package/junk cradling side out with the package/junk supporting side ribbed side inside. Being a down guy and enjoying the fact a BIKE jockstrap had great support and did not provide for a 7/10 split those little ribs found the wrong place at the end of my member.

As a side note I have to give you 1MM points for having Markus Kage as a jockstrap model. For me he is a man who should sport a jockstrap but I have never seen him top or even on the rare occasion wear one when bottoming.

Not arguing but...

That was Bike's specifications at the time. Meyer was simply their European distributor but had direct access to the factory. They simply instructed the factory to make the Bike jocks for them (under the Meyer brand of course). According to Meyer, they didn't change anything. From what you're saying, that means Bike (run by Russell Athletic at the time made the design change at some point.
