Yep, different brands definitely fit differently. I think that Bike is so popular is that it fits the average dudes cock.

I sleep in a jock almost every night. The more cotton in the strap, the more comfortable it is, IMHO, but the new Nike Breathe is a notable exception. My wife loves how confident sleeping in a jock makes me. I’m no bodybuilder or anything...far from it, but it just feels as sexy as it gets to wake up with a bit of your backside showing, hard as a rock, and ready for a “roll!”

I started sleeping in my jocks about 8 years ago. I like the feeling of my junk being supported but having the rest of my body naked.
