I pierced both nips myself. Bread and got supplies from Gauntlet industries. I don't think they're still in business.

Anyone else have their nipples pierced? Do you like them on other guys? I got them done in March, and just switched from the original barbells, to horseshoes, and now i have these captive ball rings in. The only one who ever sees them or plays with them is me, but I would definitely do it again.

My nips rejected untill piercer used nylon instead of titanium or steel for the initial healing. Supposedly body doesn’t recognize the nylon to reject it.

I really like the look of nipple rings on guys, but I've thought I'm too old to get my nipples pierced. Have any of you guys gotten them pierced when you are older? (Or had them done when you were younger, and have kept them when you got older?)

The closest I've come is nipple jewelry.

I still have mine. Don’t think I will ever get rid of them. Thing’s definitely heal better when you are younger, but pending no health risks that would interfere. Go get them done. Hurts like hell. Be prepared. Also get them both done at once because you may not want to get the other one pierced later. Get all the pain out of the way at once.

I enjoy my nip piercings. Didn't really hurt more than an insect bite. I pierced them myself with supplies from Gauntlet Industries (needles, clamps, rings)

One factor to hear in mind is that with advancing age, you will have to remove them whenever you have an MRI, which is pretty common nowadays. It was a hassle getting them back in.

I had mine done about 45y/o, still all good. The thing with doing them when older, I believe, is how good your circulation and immune system is. The body has to have good circulation and normal healing (e.g., diabetes messes with healing). As others have said, the response can be varied, mine increased sensitivity.

You can get "insertion needles.". They have rounded points so they won't pierce but will spread the opening. Other end has a hollow area where jewelry fits in. Just push until one end of jewelry come out of piercing
