They're a lot of fun. Great to keep you hard for extended periods of time. In the case of the ones included with these harnesses, they should fit most guys. They are 1.5 inches across the inside of the ring. They are stretchy so they'll expand to fit most guys. You wear them around the base of your cock and balls.

These ones are also dual purpose: You can use them to keep you hard but also integral to keeping the harness in place. The ring is removeable to use on it's own as well.

The other added bonus is that when you move around, the straps tug on your boys. Makes for a fun day if you wear it out on the street or to work under your clothes. :devilish:
