I had a ginger French Canadian fb when I was stationed at the Embassy in Paris. He was a crazy bitch . . . in every best way possible.I have a buddy whose partner is a ginger. He says there is nothing better.
Nice blue.Best I could do tonight - my own jockstrap I hung in the gym sauna while I sweat my ass off on the bench. Picture is not high quality; my phone was not liking the heat.
Wow, PB! 95 pounds! That is amazing. What sort of diet did you follow? This is not a locker room jockstrap story, but it's a locker room story.
When I go to the gym late at night, I usually run into the same 20-something muscle man working out. I kind of feel like I'm the presence of a Greek God, and I haven't had the nerve to talk to him. But tonight i broke the ice with him. He's very friendly once he starts talking. We didn't talk long or about anything too substantive. It was just guy shower-and-toweling-off talk. He works nights, so he goes to the gym at the same time I do and then to work after that.
I've lost 95lbs since January. Having been overweight much of my adult life, I've felt kind of intimidated by guys like him and that they wouldn't want to talk to me. Maybe I was wrong. I probably wouldn't have gone out on that limb if my coach hadn't encouraged me to do so. My body gives me much greater self-confidence now without 95lbs I didn't need. Even as an older guy it's possible to learn new social skills. ;-)
I get up every morning and run 10 miles. hahaha! No, it has been a matter of relearning everything I thought I knew about food and eating.Wow, PB! 95 pounds! That is amazing. What sort of diet did you follow?
I need to lose at least 40 myself.![]()
Thx for your reply!!! I admire your dedication. I've lost major weight several times over the years. Last time was WW and working out on a rowing machine at a gym. Unfortunately, I'm now 80, and have major balance problems and two knee replacements from 20 years ago. The gym has 19 steps down and up. So I use a treadmill at home.
I have to use stairlifts at home. GP might con sider wegovy, although I'm not actually diabetic. O to be young again. 5'9" nowadays and 239
Congratulations on all your hard work & dedication paying off for you! You're an inspiration to us! Looking foto seeing more pics of you stud! This is not a locker room jockstrap story, but it's a locker room story.

That’s an amazing feat! The great gift includes that confidence, but you’ve given yourself the gift of health! Good for you!It was just guy shower-and-toweling-off talk. He works nights, so he goes to the gym at the same time I do and then to work after that.

Oh hell yes. My first intro to jocks was going to the ymca swimming with my dad as a young pup. Gang showers, jocks, hairy dads. To this day the smell of Ivory soap makes me crazy. The YMCA must have had a contract with Ivory to supply soap, and lots of it. I vividly remember the communal shower full of steam to the point it was hard to see and smell of Ivory soap so strong it burned the eyes. From YMCA locker room.
HOLY FUCK!!! Every single pic made my cock jump! Wish I would've taken pics from the Y back in the day, but we didn't have the phones we do now! LOL.From YMCA locker room.
Who’s getting the benefit of those 3 extra inches?Did you know that for every 30lbs overweight the average guy loses an inch of erection? Having lost 90 some lbs that means..... Well you do the math.
It’s a good start.Benefit so far to my hot young buddy. And my hand?
.....m m m m m!.....real-nice-pics!...kinda almost-like-being-there at the "Y".....Thanks!.................JAKEFrom YMCA locker room.
