Clean jockstaps are my choice a little sweat is standard I would hang my sweaty workout jock air dry to wear for another workout. I have 15 regular jocks so I once a week I do the used jocks washing in mild soap and rinse out hang to air dry.
The fashion jocks care for the same way.

I know I have a kink regarding filthy jockstraps and some friends struggle with this when I mention it to them (I only tell open-minded friends about my fetish!). But I also keep 5 of them completely clean and fresh to wear in work and social environments because I enjoy the support and enhancement a jockstrap gives to my junk. I launder these 5 items as I would a regular item of clothing.

I am generally a very clean person and shower as many as 6 times a day, living in Florida. I also go to the pool twice a day and the beach several times a day, also to the gym several times a week. Each event usually means a different jock. So being in the water and showering in my jock after each event, my jocks stay really clean. Not all of my roughly 150 jocks get the clean treatment, though most of them do.

Besides the clean jocks though, I have my sweaty yard work jocks, my cum jocks, and my piss jocks. Like Jockfreak, I love the aroma of a really ripe jock coming up from my pants at the office. Old sweat and cum smell, makes me crazy. Like to put my hand down in my pants and rub my jock now and then during the day so I can take an extra whiff now and then.

I like pissing in my jocks outside, but the scent is too strong to wear under my cloths, so they are mostly for jacking. Like to piss in my jocks in the shower too. I even have a couple with a couple of squirts of piss, lots of cum, lots of sweat and even some skid marks on the bottom of the pouch and the straps for when I get my caveman feelings.

As was mentioned earlier, there is a point where jock itch kicks in. So I can't wear my really ripe ones for more than a couple days at a time, then have to give my junk fresh jocks for a while.

Fresh and clean, however, is my normal.

I remember when I was a kid in the 50's, the smell of the locker rooms was so intense. There were about 150 lockers at the club where I was on a swimming team. Many of the lockers had old jocks left behind. and sweaty shirts and shorts. Most of the jocks were yellow and green with piss and cum and sweat stains. The older kids would take them out and throw them around at each other and at the little kids. The smell was unbelievable. GREAT MEMORIES.
I think that is why I have a fetish for ripe straps. My straps only though, not anybody else's jocks.

Dude, you know by my handle what I like! The only time I wear a clean jock is when it's fresh out of the package!

I totally agree with the majority opinion. Dirty jockstraps don’t do anything for me.
Having been in the RN, anyone whose personal hygiene (body or clothes) was less than clean, was always labelled a ’manky bastard’ and shunned, whether they were on board a ship or shoreside. They very quickly learned. Being an engineer also reinforced personal hygiene. We were also all told that, if in action, wearing dirty underwear next to the skin (socks, T shirts, briefs etc.) could lead to infection if you were wounded. My jockstraps etc. are always washed after every use.
I don’t mind a jock that has fresh cum stains on it, 😋, but one that’s never washed…? Absolutely not, I’m afraid.
I’m the same about bodies that aren’t clean, particularly uncut cocks. Again, thanks but quite definitely no thanks. I’d rather forgo a promising fuck.
Each to their own though.

Absolutely. Seeing a guy in a fresh white jockstrap is an absolute turn-on for me. I also love the feeling of putting on a fresh jock.

Just did jock laundry last night. 60 straps for the last two months. Just one day of wear outside in the heat is enough, although I did wear a couple for two days because they fit so well, and my morning selections were getting low with that many waiting to get washed.

That's good advice! I have no trouble spending good money on quality jocks, but I'd like to do what I can to make them last.
