YES YES YES!!!! I've been saying for years that you must wear a regular jock that pouches your nuts up and only then a cup jock over it. (Actually, I wear either a sports pouch brief which does the same as a regular jockstrap and then wear a regular jockstrap with a cup between them. The reg jock holds it in place far better than "cup straps" and WAY better than this ineffectual "pockets" that are in the equally ineffectual compression shorts. It's important to pouch settle your pouched nuts IN the cup that won't shift; otherwise, it may damage you.

There is a reason most primary care do not do skin checks or urogenital exams. Most physicals now are a chat and labs after an assistant has checked vitals.

Ya lost me there. Ok, so maybe the majority of people are inter 60's, but that still leaves a large number of folks who are not. At any rate, this whole thread is about the time spent putting on a gowns negligible, not to mention the lack of patient dignity.
