Jockstrap Fan
Hey, guys! I'm a married gay man in his mid-sixties living in Southern California who's been thoroughly addicted to jockstraps since high school. Ever since my late forties I've worn jockstraps year-round as my everyday underwear (I can't explain why it took me so long), although as far back as my early twenties I would nearly always wear them during the summer, especially under shorts. I also often (though not always) sleep in a jock. I keep myself in pretty good shape. Although on doctor's orders (because of back and knee problems) I no longer jog, lift weights, or play various sports, I walk vigorously 3 to 6 miles per day, swim when I get the chance, and go bowling nearly every week. Recently my primary care physician told me, "Aside from some arthritis and prostate issues, you're in excellent health for a man your age." I have to confess that I'm very old-school when it comes to jockstraps. I really only like the more traditional athletic-style jocks, with the classic Bike #10 being the gold standard. (This is probably because my first crush was my high school football coach; the sight of him in a jock awoke me to the fact that I was gay.) My other favorite brands are McDavid, SafeTGard, and Duke, although a newer brand I've encountered called THK may give them a run for their money. Nearly all of my jockstraps are plain white (by far my favorite), with a few black, gray, and yellow ones thrown in the mix. I don't like jocks in other colors, although I must confess that I did once wear a red jock to an all-male Halloween party back in my late twenties when I went dressed as a fireman. "Fashion" and fetish jocks don't much appeal to me at all. Anyway, it's great now being a part of such a fun, interesting group! Stay strapped, men!
