Having a problem with "cum" (in search)

shortguy

"The following words were not included in your search because they are too short, too long, or too common: cum" - this dirty old perv wants to search for guys pictures of a good load in their jockstrap. I suppose there is a certain serendipity through just cruising the albums... but when in a hurry...

Can you allow the site to find three letter words or do we just all "cum" too much and it overloads the search?

Thank you in advance, from a cumfan in Canada 💦

On the surface, it doesn't make sense but there is a good reason for it. The search function uses tons of resources and searching for very short common words causes unnecessary wear and tear on the server, especially with a text heavy website like this. And to make matters worse, my other website like this, USG-online.com is also on the same server which has even more member are more posts.

So searching three letters words like "the" is going to come back with tons of results.

I experienced this same issue on the new Jockstrap Central website I'm building. When I implemented the new search feature, I was testing it and tried to do a search on "Pro" (the new brand of jocks we launched recently) and got the same warning. That, however, wasn't going to fly as it's important for all brands to show up in a search on our store. So, I had to make a settings change on the server to allow it. BUT, Jockstrap Central is on it's own server and doesn't contain thousands of word heavy posts.

So, I'm not about to make that change on this server but....

Here's a workout. If you want to search on the word cum, you can use a wildcard (*) after it and that will give you the results you're looking for.

So instead of searching "cum" search "cum*" and voila - this post will be the first of many results.

I had the same trouble when searching for "cup" awhile back. I'll be sure to try the wildcard next time.

Great question, I had the same problem and now all of us can search more effectively. I have a comment on your stating “this old perv wants to search for guys pictures of a good load in their jockstrap”. I am certain there isn’t a guy on this site that doesn’t get the same pleasure out of seeing a cum puddle, on or off a jockstrap. It’s a bond that is understood by guys who aren’t ashamed of their cum loads or of showing other guys how great a time he had pumping his cum out of his perfectly boned dick. Perv? Not. We just like it.

Fascinating! Thanks for the suggestion!

Wow, I never expected, as a computer illiterate, to learn how the wildcard is used. Frankly, I hadn't a clue, though did know the term "wildcard". Now to search "cum*", but have been wracking my brain for another spicy 3-letter word!

You write “perv” like it’s a bad thing. 🐷
