Do you hang 'em to dry in potential view of neighbors

I'm sure most of you know it's best to hang up your straps and let them air dry. Now let's imagine in windows, on clotheslines, and other places where you might have hung them to dry, where a neighbor or a passer by might see them.

This idea came to me as i realized I had a jock hanging on my curtain rod where neighbors in their back yard could look up, and though at a distance, it would be in view.

I air dry mine outside on a rotary clothes dryer,in warmer weather. My neighbours can see them alongside any of my laundry being dried. Usually 6 or 7 pairs of jockstraps at a time,all hung together. I don't hide them between other items

Tell her that a dryer would compromise the quality and elastic properties of your jockstraps, and that they are naturally better being air dried in fresh air so they don't cause problems "down there", or something similar. She does not understand the importance of air drying jocks vs using a dryer, and it should be properly explained to her. it would possibly cause her to regret opening her mouth in the first place, or she may actually learn something.

Interesting situation. Personally, I'd let them dry inside. I think jocks are a strictly male thing, and women should never see them, let alone talk about them. They are part of a male in-group ritual. Such "secret" rituals are common in traditional societies. It's kind of like the way men do not talk about menstruation.

I'm the opposite. I wish more women were into seeing guys wearing them, perhaps even objectifying them. But that's me. i equate it with seeing women in lingerie

In my neighborhood we lived in the neighbors on Both sides saw jocks from my dad , older brother and me on clothes line drying.
However in a apartment mine dry in bathroom hanging up always several at a time.

I disagree.

Jocks should be part of societal consciousness. If they were common and visible in society like boxer briefs, they would be worn by more men. Mom’s would think nothing of buying them for their sons. As it is the majority of women have no clue about them so when they encounter one in the wild it’s a kink thing or something that their dad’s wore and therefore a turn off.

my own experience dating, a few women were really freaked out when we undressed for sexy time and saw me in a colored Safety Guard jock, some thought it was really weird and only a few were neutral on it. None actually liked seeing a jock on me. My wife grew to like it cuz it frames my ass and presents my package nicely, but she at first thought it was odd.

My wife was even a little hesitant to let our cleaning girl do our laundry because she would see and handle my straps. But she got over it.

I guess my point to all this is jocks need to out there and seen. The gospel of the Jock Strap needs to be spread far and wide.

In our house mom seen are jocks even though dad taught us to take care of the jocks at least . Mom washed our gym clothes

Too bad most dept stores stopped carrying jockstraps in the boys and mens depts. In most sporting goods stores you can’t find a youth jockstrap to go along with your sons PE list to do one stop shopping.

During the winter, jocks that I choose to launder get rinsed in the shower and then hung on hooks I installed in the shower. When the weather warms up and I can hang clothes out on the clothesline, jocks get hung to dry there. Funny story: I had some dress shirts and t shirts drying on the line along with a couple of Bike wideband straps. I left to run errands. While I was gone, it had gone from a slight breeze to some gusty winds. When I came home, everything had blown off the line and was either in the bushes or trees that lined the back of the yard. Lodged in the top of a bush and on a tree branch were my jocks. It took some doing but I was finally able to retrieve them. If any of the neighbors saw them, no one said any thing.
