I'M finding CUP posts a little bit here and there and wondering if maybe there's enough Cup Addicts like me out there the make it worthwhile to have a CUP-specific thread? I'll start it off with a couple of my items and watch to see if it «grows» and if the discussion grows a few boners...

Just had to get this out... after almost a decade digging around for CUPS in Used Sporting Goods Stores and Thrift Stores out here on the «Left Coast», I hit gold today in a Hospital Thrift Store of all places. Until recently they wouldn't put «intimate items» out for sale and just threw them in the garbage but today, rummaging through bins full of mostly useless «sports gear» up popped FOUR cups! One was complete with its very spiffy and colourful spandex jock-shorts (unfortunately a pee-wee size); then a ShockDoctor «youth» cup; finallly TWO «Mueller» adult cups with flexible sides like one of the big-name brands (I forget which). The MUELLERs were notable because NO stores I've managed to search in BC carry that brand of jocks. Only explanation is that two guys from here must have attended a Hockey Camp and brought them back. I don't blame them for tossing those cups, given the flimsy construction and materials, but there's really NO decent CUP in any of the Sports Stores or anywhere else out here. I didn't bother to pick up any of them, but at least it's an indication that SOME guys out here are wearing CUPS....hmmmmm....

Back East, «Frenchy's» Used Clothing Depots were a gold-mine for finding jocks and cups as they imported a lot of their stuff from the USA so it wasn't at all unusual to find a wide variety of American brand name jocks in the «Gentlemen's Underwear» bins and cups neatly lined up on a shelf in their Sporting Goods section.. It was my introduction to the Flaherty «BUB» brand and I so enjoyed the many BUB jocks Frenchy's served up that on my very next trip to NYC I made a pilgrimage to the Flaherty establishment and blew far too much money on a suitcase full of their jocks and cups. Then I had to (regrettably) jettison the boxes and tags and rotate through wearing all of them so I could make them look «worn» at Canada Customs on my return.

NOTE to our jock-loving hosts at JOCKSTRAP CENTRAL:

Guys, given how difficult it is to find a decent CUP here in Canada, what are the chances of getting some of the GOOD cup brands into your lineup? From what I hear in these forums these (see below) are the most-popular CUPS. Whether you can get a decent deal from their manufacturers is of course the big question. If you COULD, I think they'd be pretty good sellers, particularly once the news penetrated the serious athlete and semi-pro communities. The pros, of course already have easy supply.
(1) NUTSHELLZ; (2) TITAN; (3) DIAMOND; (4) NUTTY BUDDY.; and there are perhaps others desirable for their superior protection or «kink value» or BOTH!

I haven't chased after the first three, but did TRY to chase down NuttyBuddy for MONTHS and got nowhere. They supposedly have a Canadian distributor but if they do it must be a «covert» operation! [:—Q

Here in Eastern Canada, in the past year I have found a pro version of a McDavid cup supporter at Frenchy"s, 2 Under Armour (no pocket) jockstraps at another used clothing outlet , as well as Wilson and Bike cups/supporters at a local Dollar Store. Frenchy's also had youth size cups/supporters. One of the local sports stores had 22 different types of jockstraps and cups with supporters in the past 5 years.

THANX!!! Need to arrange a «discrete» delivery address but in the meantime I think all we CUP-ADDICTS would be highly entertained by some pix of your Jock Drawer and its individual contents. Not that we wouldn't be even MORE entertained if you modelled them. Just the thought is making me drip...........

I have over 100 different kinds of cups - and a few dozens of Bike cups. I started wearing them in pee wee hockey, and i'm 58 now.
About half of the collection is game worn. I enjoy wearing a cup in gear and sex play, both myself and a partner jocked and cupped, that the hottest fucks ever. American Football, Hockey and Rugby are what I like best. Love eating cum out of a partners cup (mine and his), it makes both of us stronger! YUM!

Glad to see another cup fan on here. I went to school long after the demise of the jock. Everyone, including me, wore boxers for PE. I hated having my penis flopping around while trying to run or play sports. I started wearing tighty-whities for support and got made fun of constantly for it. Once I got out of high school I bought a jock and cup and have enjoyed wearing them ever since then.

I had a BUB jock that I fuckin loved in the mid-80's, when I belonged to a college gym with a fantasy-like sauna (circle jerks almost daily!). I used to walk into the sauna wearing my BUB, and got a lot of looks.
I can't even recall now where I got it, but it was the best. I have something similar now I got on eBay.
I recall looking for jocks and cups and briefs in Used Clothing stores, but then, as you say, they stopped stocking such "intimate" apparel.
Can you tell us more about this "Flaherty establishment" in NYC that you visited? Was it some kind of factory with an attached store?
And why did you have to make your jocks looked "worn" for customs? Why would the Canadian customs folks care if you'd bought some jockstraps?
